By submitting this form, you are acknowledging an invoice will be generated for having CRS techs travel to determine the cause of leak(s) as well as perform temporary repairs at the standard rate per man, per hour with a 4 hour minimum. The invoice will be sent to the email provided and is due upon receipt. If under warranty, the manufacturer will be sent the invoice or CRS will comp. If not under warranty, the service requester or the liable party will be billed. Please allow a minimum 72 hour turnaround time after submission.

Reporting Single-ply & BUR Leak Calls

Please report all leak calls to the roofing manufacturer before reporting leak calls to the CRS Commercial office or field employees. We ask that this step be taken to ensure that we receive all necessary documentation from the Manufacturer should the repair be covered under Manufacturer Warranty.

Please refer to your Manufacturer Warranty for the Guarantee Number. The manufacturer will need the guarantee number upon dispatch. You will also find instructions on the warranty explaining how to report a leak call to the manufacturer.
